Got this for a girlfriend at the time who does Massage Therapy. She uses it in her massage room and she really likes them.It was a lot bigger than it seemed from the website and it is very heavy.. I'm a fan of the overall quality of this and the amount of light it produces.

I actually got this as more of a nightlight for my pets than anything else, but I was surprised that it seems to have health benefits as well. I have one cat with asthma who tends to be at his worst during the summer. However, since letting this run in the room where he spends most of his time, he's had no spontaneous attacks at all. I'm shocked. If this had been me I would have attributed it to placebo effect; I'm one for drugs as treatments rather than new age-y stuff. This is supposed to be the worst year in terms of air quality for our area, but it's been his best year. I might order another for the winter when I'm more prone to sinus infections!

I knew these lamps were supposed to be good for your lungs, but I didn't realize just how much until I read the insert in the package. I will be ordering more for each room of the house! Also, these are HEAVY and solid and a beautiful color both lit and unlit. Very happy with the purchase.
